FAQs

What types of equipment do you rent?

Audio Rentals: Speakers, consoles/sound boards, microphones cables, band equipment, Karaoke and more

Video Rentals: Projection, screens, TVs, extenders, switchers and more

Lighting Rentals: Stage Lights 

Party rentals: We have tables, Chairs, heaters and more available for rent.

How do I reserve equipment?

To officially reserve equipment, at least a 50% deposit is required. Please fill out the form below and we will coordinate with you via email or phone. We will email you a reservation confirmation once the 50% deposit is received.

How does your price structure work?
All prices are for the first-day audio rental. Any day after the first day, a half day charge will be added. For week-long events, special rates may apply.

 

How do I get my equipment?
Both self pickup and delivery is available for all audio rental and more. If delivery is necessary, a delivery fee will be incurred based on location within the Phoenix metropolitan area and urgency of event. See below questions for more detail.

Can I pick up the equipment the day before?

Due to client schedules or need of equipment before certain hours, we offer flexible day-before pickups or drop-offs for a variable fee.

 

What days/times are available to pickup the equipment?

You may arrange pickup Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., by appointment only. Pickups on Saturday and Sunday are unavailable, so equipment can be picked up on Friday. If needed, deliveries can be arranged on the weekends for an additional fee.

 

When must equipment be returned by?

Audio Rental, Video, Lighting and party rentals must be returned the following business day to ensure additional charges are not incurred.

How will I know how to set up the equipment?

We provide detailed setup instructions, both in a narrative form and video form. If you run into technical issues, we have a designated phone number that can be reached via texting or calling.

Do you have someone available to set up and/or run my equipment?

Yes. If needed, please let us know in the contact/reservation form and we can provide a competitive quote for this service.

 

What is your cancellation/refund policy?

All bookings remain eligible for a refund up to four (4) weeks before the scheduled event. Any booking made within four (4) weeks of the event will remain eligible for a refund up to 48 hours after booking. Thereafter, all deposits will be refunded in store credit valid for one (1) year following a cancellation. No store credit will be given for cancellations made within 24 hours of the event.

 

How does rescheduling work?

Due to unforeseen circumstances, rescheduling may be requested prior to 24 hours of the event. Rescheduling will be pending equipment and staff member availability.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major forms of payment for audio rentals, Video rentals, Lighting rentals and party Rentals.
